Parente Randolph held a firm staff retreat at an arena which is home to a local stadium football team. The sports theme was carried throughout the retreat, and this illustration was created for use in several pieces of support material.
This was first done as a pencil sketch. The sketch was tightened, then scanned. The scan was used as a guide to create the final illustration in Illustrator.
