A firm staff retreat was held at an arena which is home to a local football team. The sports theme was carried throughout the retreat, and this illustration was created for use in several pieces of support material.

This was first done as a pencil sketch. The sketch was tightened, then scanned. The scan was used as a guide to create the final illustration in Illustrator.
